I was there yesterday and they don't have ANY new chips according to several of the dealers and cage people. I also didn't see anything new in the racks. "Humurous" story - I bet $7 and hit a blackjack. Dealer paid me $10. I asked if it didn't pay $10.50. Dealer said NO since they didn't have the chips. I pointed out that 1-$5, 3-$1 and a $2.50 makes $10.50. She said that wasn't how they do it! Called the pit boss over and he AGREED with her!I had to explain it three times to him before he told the dealer to pay me. I recounted the story to a dealer at Argosy casino later that night and she said that they don't pay $10.50 either - they pay $11!. No wonder Grand Victoria was half shut down on a Friday night and you couldn't find a seat at Argosy.
