If I remember correctly, and I think I do, this set was
ordered with Mrs. Jackson's permission, by Gordon Hall,
an ex chip dealer. The chips were delivered directly to
Mr. Hall and never saw the inside of the casino. He did
the same with all of the "Top Gun" set for the Fallon Nugget
except for the $5 unlimited edition which was used on the tables
and sold in the casino.

This is the reason that TCR lists most of these chips below face.
