Here is an NCV from Caesars Tahoe Resort. It is the same on both sides of the chip. I am sure this chip is missing from the collections of those who collect Tahoe, Caesars and NCVs. It is also missing from the Chip Rack. I guess that doesn't leave much where it is included <g>. I would place a value of $60.00 on this piece.
