Jazz Alley $5 Chips for $10 at Casino

Here it is, Colorado problem chips again. Jazz Alley released a New Year's Chip for the collectors on Dec. 31, 1999. 1500 chips at $10 each! When I went to corporate to comment they said that others would be releasing chips for $15 each. So their chips was fairly priced. Didn't happen. They admitted that their chip was worth $5 at the table. Or if I wanted to bring it back to the cage. This is a chip without plastic case, folder, or the owner signing it. Pehaps they plan on offering $10 rolls of quarters for $15.
Gaming has no rules against that either, at least here in Colorado. I am stopping my collecting of Colorado chips, not directly because of this, but it sure leaves a bitter taste.
Comerative chips are an opportunity for the casino to get free advertising and draw players. Why screw it up with greed? And a nice chip also.
