In looking through my Harrah's New Orleans $2.50 chips I noticed a difference in the chips.On the chip edges(the rim where H&C is located) there seems to be a slight variation in the chip material in this area on several of the chips.There seems to be a hologram type effect on some of the borders of several of the chips, but NOT on others! Does anyone else notice this difference on these chips?
