I know what USMP stands for but didn't know what the chip was. I would be bidding on it, new or otherwise but will be off contact for the next 10 days.

I know that the bidders I saw are each one of "us" and that makes it even more likely that it is a real old chip---but.....

Someday when I have the time and you have the patience, I will tell you about chip in a clasp like that one, I did not buy because I was short of cash.
