Luciano's, the last WA casino to open this Millennium (give or take a year) admitted the public at 8:15 PM, 12/28/99. I am attaching a scan of their chips if anyone is interested (I do happen to have a few extras <G>). Their $7.50 Millennium chip is, to my knowledge, the only one ever issued in WA. This is a really nice place on the Tacoma waterfront. Their casino has windows overlooking Puget Sound (probably to take you mind off of your cards <G>).
