Made my first trip to Topaz Lake today. This has to be the only place in the world where when you go to "the big city," you go to Minden. Neither of the casinos there, the Nugget and Topaz Lodge, had any table games open. In fact, the sign above the Nugget's one blackjack table said, "Closed Tuesdays." But I was able to snag a few chips, anyway.
