With your permission, I would like to forward your "Post" on the Reno Hiltohn experience because I am staying there for New Years Eve and have had a plaque made with the old "MGM Star" from the old MGM room doors and surrounded it with $5 chips from MGM., Ballys, and Hilton since Jim opened the MGM and steadily climbed the ladder to become its current Casino Manager. He asked me for some consultations regarding their chip program a few years ago and is the first casino to have a free drink "coupon" with the Hot Aug Nites 99 chip and it was very successful for the Hilton and Kahlua. The Plaque is a gift from "chippers since I did not have time to get permission to award it from CCGTCC and just picked it up today to give him at the New Years eve. dinner. I am sure he would like to know the day(s) you visited and is really trying hard to have all his cage personnel accomodate chippers...thanks Mel
