Hi Archie, That same graphic was used on several
casino chips around the world during a brief period.
Belive ii was the casino operator's design - "A Full
House, Inc." - an American casino management
corporation who ran several houses. I also believe
the Swedish casino operator "Bertil Knutson" used
the same graphics, but I don't remember if they,
too, were of Chipco flavor. I, too, was selling
those chips prior to Dr. Kerman's holiday in Russia,
along with others having the same Statue of Liberty
image back then. Other than the one National
example of our Statue of Liberty, you will also see
these statues in Paris, France...The French gave us
this statue as a gift. The Statue's official name
translates from French: "Liberty Enlightening the
World."
