Players kicked out of Louisiana

Baton Rouge - Players International Inc., accused of paying money under the table to former Gov. Edwin Edwards to get a casino license, has agreed to get out of the business in Louisiana and pay the state $10.2 million. The Louisiana Gaming Control Board approved the settlement, which requires Players to give up two riverboat casinos in Lake Charles.
