Re: Nevada Trivia
In Response To: Re: Nevada Trivia ()

There are 13 Bicentennial chips, if you include the 2 "patriotic" metal-center chips that don't actually say Bicentennial. The easiest to find today is the Horseshoe Club-Reno (red on one side; blue on the other side, with BJ metal inlay). The toughest is the Gary's $2, followed by the 2 chips from The Casino. (Not coincidentally, it's those 3 chips that are still "holes" in my Bicentennial collection.)

There was an extensive article on these chips in the club magazine, but it was quite a few years ago.

The complete list:

Gary's Casino - Tahoe $2
Gold Dust Casino - Reno $5 (patriotic)
Golden Gate - LV $5
Harvey's - Tahoe $2
Holiday Casino - LV $5
Horseshoe Club - Reno $5 Red/Blue
Landmark - LV $2 (patriotic)
MGM Grand - LV $5
Sahara, Del Webb's - LV $5
Silver Slipper - LV $1
The Casino (pre-Bingo Palace) - LV $1 and $5
Union Plaza - LV $5
