If you had a chance to buy this set at $18 & passed on it, you dogged it. This set was the hottest selling set ever released in Las Vegas, BEFORE it was pulled! As for you trying to put it in everyone's ear that "So what happens when the casino re-releases all the chips in the vault. (oops, sorry)" I'll be VERY willing to bet you that they DON'T release them again! How about a standing bet of $100 (or more if you like). If they ever release them out of the Riviera cashier's cage at a face value of $5 each (all remaining 1,300 or so sets) then you win the bet. If they get destroyed or turn up notched or otherwise cancelled you lose. Just say you accept the bet here on the Board & it's official. I'll also go one step further & say on this Board that if they do release all 1,300 or so remaining sets out of the Riviera cashier's cage at a face value of $5 each, I will REFUND the difference in price from what I was selling them for at $22 a set & what I get for the 4 sets I'm selling on eBay.
