Gene, have you been putting wax paper on your scanner again? (Just kidding)

The Nevada Club no-value chip was used by a high roller named Lavere Redfield, when he played roulette for high stakes. May have been used on craps too. There are 2 versions of Redfield chips -- see Herz book, pg. 202 at top of page.

There's also a story about a roulette dealer who dealt to Redfield at the Nevada Club. See the book on Bill Harrah-- "Every Light Was On", pg.76-77, for recollection by Dolores Codega. Interesting story. (If you need a copy, let me know.)
