The Angel Park chip is a "No value" chip.

In Nv, a NCV chip with a casino name on it must be approved by gaming.
A no value chip (like the Fiesta's Archie chip) does not have to be approved by gaming.
I believe this has changed recently. Will LYK as soon as the no value chip we are making for Rene's book is made.
