I had the same problem you see. Here is what I found. When you try to click on the link you get this error message:

all content on Talk City must be linked from a Talk City page
You may find what you were looking for at http://home.talkcity.com/WindowsWay/sivan3/HOTSPRG.JPG

You can go there and see the photo by typing the url into your browser, but they won't let you link to the photo from an outside source.
