"Not Buying Them" is just what I did on a north of Seattle chip run
I made a few weeks ago at the end of October. I was offered the chip for
$7 and said no and made sure the cage knew why. They did say I could
get one at face if I found any on the tables. I checked the few active
games and found none, but one of the floor people went out of their way
to check chip stock out on the floor for me.
