Re: 1999 CC&GTCC Convention Dealer Tables

Archie,

I know where the doors are located (only the north side of the room is a complete wall, the remaining sides of the room have doors). What I don't know for sure is how far away from the doors a table has to be. I'm sure not ALL the doors have to unobstructed. The west wall (main entrance to the room) only needs to have one set of doors open, the others can be locked. That is how we have it for our party. The walls on the east & south sides are for the kitchen help & convention or party setup along with any other hotel workers having anything to do with that room. I have not had time to dig out the floorplan & might just call the Orleans & have them fax me one. I'm swamped, so it won't be until next week until I do. Wayne, if your reading this you did not let me know who you deal with at the Orleans. Is it Larry or Rick? By the way, our next party is already booked & is on June 6th. We almost had to have it on June 20th which would have put us in the room the day AFTER the CC&GTCC convention! Maybe I should have gone for that date, I may have found a stray chip or two laying on the flood...........Andy - Las Vegas
