I have no idea what gaming told anybody. They do not talk about things they are investigating. I think you missed my earlier post.

I can tell you for a fact, The Hard Rock just dodged a large fine for selling the big daddy sets over face. Why do you think they did not do it again? They would not dodge the fine the next time. It was not because the sale wasn't sucessful. Nevada regs says "Chips are a debt of value owed" Hence the interpitation is, " If you owe face, you can only sell for face." Gaming is very adamant on this rule.

I am told the HR were selling Grand Opening chips in the gift shop, in some kind of case, when they 1st opened. They were ordered to pull these from the gift shop also.
