Is it possible that this chip is from the old Mounds Club in Cleveland ( Mentor ) Ohio?

If not, does anyone know of or have a scan of any chips from the Mounds Club or the Jungle Inn in Youngstown Ohio?

Have asked this question about a year of so ago. Not sure I ever received any solid information.

Have a second chip for scanning to follow.
